When will I receive my box?
Your box will be delivered to the nominated address around the second Wednesday of each month. You will receive a notification of the delivery from our courier.

What if I'm away?
You can skip a month or schedule in an alternative delivery date. Just let us know the week before.

Can I pause or cancel my subscription?
Yes, pause or cancel your membership anytime through your customer account.

We currently deliver throughout Sydney Metro.

Delivery is included in your subscription and will take place around the second Wednesday of each month. You will receive email confirmation of the delivery with tracking information. You will also receive a text notification from our courier once it has left our store.

The courier has authority to leave the box in a safe place. We pack your order in specially designed boxes, which are lined with wool insulation and gel ice packs, so the contents will be kept cold for many hours.
